This project (including a catalog) examines the relationship between Dan Weiner and his colleague and teacher Sid Grossman, both members of New York's Photo League. These two artists documented the San Gennaro fetivals and life on Coney Island in the 1940s and 50s. Both men died well before their time each in their early 40s in the latter part of the 1950s.
